TESTING & CERTIFICATION

At Ritchie we pride ourselves in our quality design, manufacturing and high-end testing capability. Quality assurance is an integral part of the Ritchie ethos.

An MoD approved supplier, Ritchie operates to stringent BSI standards (BS EN ISO 9001:2015) and has been since 1988.

Welding procedures are approved by Lloyds/DNV and traceability of materials, processes and products is available upon request.

Ritchie is also notable for being the first in the UK to be granted a DNV Manufacturing Survey Arrangement. This enables us to offer an extremely cost effective certification regime.

Where certain specialist processes are placed with outside contractors, these sub-contracted suppliers have been vetted and approved to the same exacting standards.
