Welding is more than just a part of the process, it’s at the heart of everything we build. Maintaining welding quality at Ritchie is integral to the overall fabrication service. Whether it’s a custom offshore container, an agricultural product, or a manifold, we believe in high standards of welding. Our Quality Assurance ensures the safety, durability, and reliability of the final product. Behind every weld is a highly skilled welder. Individuals train to specified standards (which can be found below) and backed by an in-house design team with decades of expertise.

Our welding capabilities

We cater for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium welding. Qualified experts tackle MIG, MAG, and FCAW welding every day offering in depth knowledge to our projects. Every welder is part of a bigger picture: from design to manufacturing, testing and certification. Our products are made to withstand real-world demands.
