At Ritchie, our welders, fabricators and engineers work closely together every day  solving problems, building equipment and keeping things moving.

That teamwork doesn’t stop when the day ends. Whether it’s a day out go-karting or time spent together outside the workshop, it’s these shared experiences that strengthen how we work as a team.

For this outing, the team split into two groups – experienced and novice – with some very close racing across both. There were plenty of good overtakes, not too many crashes, and podium finishes in each group. The karting shots here are from the novice group, who more than held their own on the track.

Everyone was smiling at the end; which says more than the lap times.

Because strong products start with strong teams.

Safe to say, a bit of competition carries through from the workshop…
